Philosophy
The Philosophy Major: The Philosophy major is designed to give students an understanding of the historical development of philosophic concepts and to introduce students to the logical tools applicable to philosophical work. A variety of electives are offered, which are intended to enrich the student's understanding of the field. Courses dealing with theoretical issues from the following disciplines can serves as electives: Economics, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology.
